At Vital, a web development agency, I planned and managed daily schedules and projects for UX, graphic design, copywriting, development and QA teams, both in-office and remotely in India. Account Manager, May 2010 - Sep 2012

At O'Rourke Hospitality Marketing, an agency north of Boston, I managed print, large format and digital projects from conception to completion for hospitality industry clients, including many Marriott properties, independent hotels and resorts. Primary responsibilities included client relationship management, and internal traffic and production management for a talented team of graphic designers and developers. The clients I supported increased the number of billable projects threefold during my tenure, and revenue more than doubled from my clients when compared to the year before I joined the team.
