Luis Miguel Chong Chong is an executive and entrepreneur who has served corporations in the food service, infrastructure, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. His work has led to top management positions with organizations throughout Mexico and the United States. Luis Miguel Chong Chong currently serves as a partner for the Ensi Group, LLC. of Los Angeles, a company that manufactures and distributes food items such as fruits and spices, and as a managing partner for Disruptiva Works a Mexican company specialized in developing sustainable infrastructure programs.
In addition to his work with Ensi Group and Disruptiva Works, he holds leadership positions with several other companies, including serving as an external board director for Mitzu and Grupo Viz SuKarne. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Mexican Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a MBA degree from IPADE - Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa. During his career, he traveled to the United States to complete programs from Harvard Business School and Stanford Gradiuate School of Business.
Mr. Chong Chong was a junior national judo champion in Mexico from 1978 to 1990. He enjoys world cuisine and traveling in his spare time.
