Mechanical Design Engineer

• Working as a Mechanical Design Engineer in an electrical car motor production machine company.
• Design and improve the mechanism of the stator production machine. For example, slot cell inserting machine and coil-forming machine.
• Design and modify the mold of the machines according to different customer requirements.
• Design the required functions for the customer, like dust removal mechanism, laser etching function on the electrical car motor production line.

Significant working performance :

During the second month of the job, I took up the work which my colleague left off with a lot of design problems and redesigned all the dust removal mechanism and laser etching function in two weeks in order to catch up with the delivery.

Chung Hwa Pulp Corporation

• Drawing design for the layout, steel structure and piping diagram for new machine installation.
• Drawing design for the machine parts and changing the materials to prevent function failure.
• Responsible for the maintenance of SOP set up, equipment & machine parts database setup and sourcing for the machine parts quotation.
• Responsible for Spectrum analysis, Ultrasonic inspection and Pump Laser alignment.

Significant working performance :

Carry out a project of sludge dewatering machine installation with a budget of ten million NTD, and was responsible for designing the layout, steel structure and piping diagram drawing and supervising the sludge dewatering machine installation. In the end, the waste disposal fee is cut down, which saves two million NTD every year for the company.

Supplier Quality Engineer

• Working with design engineers during the product development to solve the quality problems.
• Working as a communicator between design engineers and suppliers to solve the trial run issues.
• Working with suppliers to solve the customer complaint and complete the 8D report.
• Regular audit at the supplier's production line to improve the production line and parts manufacturing quality with PPAP.
• Set up a pre-shipment inspection checklist before sending the product to customers and Campagnolo in Italy.

Significant working performance :

Set up a completely new second source hub production line by working with suppliers to complete the sample evaluation process including the first sample inspection and function test, process capability evaluation, production quality control points set up etc.
