Providing patients with quality, patient-centered OBGYN care, Dr. Luu D. Ireland also serves as an assistant professor and mentor for medical students and residents at the UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts. Dr. Luu D. Ireland manages labor and performs both cesarean section and vaginal deliveries. She also serves as a family planning specialist. 


Dr. Ireland completed her fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles' David Geffen School of Medicine and focused on options counseling in situations of abnormal and unplanned pregnancy. During this time, she provided gynecologic care in Malawi. 


Her background also includes four years as resident physician and assistant clinical instructor at Brown University. Undertaking medical work in Kenya, she received Benjamin Josephson Fund support and served on the Perinatal Mortality Conference Committee.
