Madison Leigh Gerhard

College Student with Retail Experience 

A student at Florida State University (FSU), Madison Leigh Gerhard is pursuing a bachelor of science in psychology and expects to graduate in 2021. Before beginning work toward the degree, Madison Leigh Gerhard attended Brookdale Community College in New Jersey as part of a dual-enrollment program with Colts Neck High School, where she earned 12 credits that were subsequently transferred to FSU.

Alongside her academic career, Ms. Gerhard is a former retail sales associate at The Bee Boutique, a position she held from 2017 to 2018. While there, she built relationships with customers by engaging with them in a friendly manner, in part with the goal of helping to generate repeat business.

In addition, Madison Leigh Gerhard was responsible for maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the store's products while also stocking merchandise in line with store planning. According to the needs of the store, she was also responsible for completing all opening and closing procedures, such as handling the contents of the cash register.
