Having worked for the past four years, I have gained experience working in a daycare, as a receptionist, in retail, and as a bank teller. I have studied at Saginaw Valley State University and Delta College where I gained my Certificate in Communications. These experiences combined have allowed me to use, learn, and grow in my communication and clerical skills, that overall allow me to provide great customer service to others.

Experience

Fitzpatrick Tax Service: 2016-2017 tax season (seasonal job), Responsibilities included filing paperwork, answering phone calls, running errands, and dealing with clients.

Hopevale Child Care Provider: 2012-2016, Responsibilities included caring for children and maintaining a positive relationship with parents.

Charlotte Russe Associate: 2017- 2018, Responsibilities included handling customers, working the register, and greeting each customer while making sure they have quality service and a good experience.

Part Time Bank Teller: 2018-2019, Responsibilities included assisting members with transactions whether it be in person, over the phone, or through a live teller screen. Handling the members finances in regards to loan payments, deposit/withdrawals and transfers were amongst my day-to-day tasks.

Skills

Communication: Through previous experience I have learned to communicate efficiently and effectively with both customers and parents. I have also gained knowledge on how to keep a professional and stable relationship with customers and those who are in a higher
position than me.

Patience:  All of my previous work experiences have provided me with the capacity to have patience with others and to know how to handle pressure. Working with children and parents along with the clients from the tax service has taught me how to respond appropriately, especially under pressure.

Strong Work Ethic Holding: A job position means more than coming to work and doing the mundane. I am coming to work prepared to learn and carry out the tasks asked of me. I have goals and I am determined to exceed them and work above and beyond in any position that I am in.

Education

Heritage High School: 2012-Present

Great Lakes Bay Early College: While being enrolled in Heritage High School I was accepted into the Great Lakes Bay Early College program. I graduated in 2018 with over 30 college credits.

Saginaw Valley State University: I attended Saginaw Valley for two years in partnership with the Great Lakes Bay Early College.

Delta College: in 2018, I transferred to Delta and completed their Certificate in Communications program.

Hillsong College: January of this year, I moved to Sydney Australia to attend a Christian leadership college. I plan to attend Hillsong for 3 years to work towards a bachelors degree in Ministry.
