• Act as coordinator for cross function project management in APAC region
• Manage and supervise the Taiwan office operations team
• Recruitment: regular employees’ recruitment process, new hire’s on boarding training, resignee’s resignation process
• Preparing and monitoring of budgets
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors and other third-party payments
• Handle administrative requests from Asia branch offices or partners
• Provide support to various events eg. Seminars, APAC conferences, trainings
• Prepare TW Chapter board meetings including meeting materials, food arrangement, presentation material preparation, and meeting minutes.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing & Operations team to drive the sales target.
• Manage group exam liaison, registration, onsite proctoring and reporting
• Full comprehension of membership data management system (SalesForce.com) and assist membership renewal
Administration:
• Act as contact window in Taiwan office
• Assist GM on screening incoming correspondences & phone calls and meeting arrangement
• Responsible for day to day facilities management for the Taiwan Office
• Oversee ordering and stocking of office supplies.
• Scheduling cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation
• Organize local events which may include coordinating branch social activities, internal meetings
• To co-ordinate and manage all reception duties
• Management of office vendors and process agreements
• Provide administrative support for ongoing projects
• Manage renovations
Finance:
• Assist Financial department to review expense report, and update journal entries to accounting system
• Monitor marketing monthly/quarterly budget plans
HR:
• Manage leave form, attendance and conduct leaver’s exist clearance checklist
• Arrange Healthy examination
IT:
• Risk reporting manager
Health & Safety officer:
• Perform Health & Safety training
• Responsible for Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Security (EHS&S) management for the site to comply legal requirement and company policies
• Responsible for maintain site safety
