Involve in development of tool and Process for MDT BS6 Vehicle level Flashing & Diagnosis.
Create diagnostic procedure, Configuration EC/VC of DTC for ABS, INS and EMS for different Variants Using Bosch ECU-PROG tool.
Vehicle Dynamic Testing Sequence and Process Planner for EOL testing.Handling Roller tester for testing and analyzing vehicle level Performance.
Providing continuous Solutions for Production involving Vehicle Parameterization to allocation of complete resources with CFT's and Cross Countries.
Handling SAP D2S for Component allocation and POF for new variants Configuration.
Support for Validation, Analyze and solving the issues in providing good deliveries for production by involving with CFT's.
Providing internal training to production team about the diagnostic tools such as Xentry, PORTY, and UP07. Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal internal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
