Marcus Lyons is an experienced commercial real estate broker and developer with a significant presence in the Chattanooga, Tennessee market. Focusing primarily on apartment and multi-family residential properties, Marcus Lyons helped develop a portfolio of 82 garden-style rental homes in the East Brainerd area and negotiated the $11 million sale of a pair of downtown apartment complexes.

As CEO of Lyons Group, Inc., he has $100 million in ongoing lease-up construction and development projects throughout the states of Tennessee and Georgia. He founded the full-service apartment brokerage firm and developer in 2009 and has overseen its growth into a regional industry leader. He also functioned as senior director at Berkadia from 2015 to 2021, achieving more than $700 million in multi-family sales on behalf of Berkadia clients.

Mr. Lyons draws upon industry resources and connections through memberships with the National Multifamily Housing Council and the National Apartment Association. He holds a bachelor's in finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
