- Level 1 Network Security Engineer, Aug 2020 to Jul 2022, CTS Team (Customer Technical Support). we support multiple customers with different topologies and different equipment so I had a hands-on troubleshooting skills on multiple platforms such as (Zscaler proxy, BigIP, FortiGate FW, Check point FW, PaloAlto FW, Juniper FWs, Bluecoat proxy, and SSL gateways).
- Level 2 Network Security Engineer,Jul 2022 to Oct 2022 this is the next level for CTS which have a write access to all the devices mentioned above so we can make change as per customer request or to solve issue.
