Marie D'Angelo

Master's Student at Northeastern University

An accomplished pharmaceutical professional, Marie D'Angelo is pursuing a master of science at Northeastern University, where she focuses on regulatory affairs related to drugs, biologics, and medical devices. While previously working as an instructor in the university’s disease management skills lab, Marie D’Angelo coached students through key pharmacy competency assessments and evaluated students on their ability to perform tasks such as patient counseling, medication administration training, and professional clinical communications.

Ms. D’Angelo formerly served as a clinical pharmacist in gastroenterology, caring for patients with chronic inflammatory conditions such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. She drew on extensive knowledge of biologic therapies to counsel patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications. Marie D’Angelo holds a bachelor of science in biochemistry and molecular biology from Boston University and a doctor of pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Outside of work and school, Ms. D’Angelo enjoys kickboxing, which she has practiced for several years, and taking care of her Welsh corgi, Ziva. An enthusiastic home chef, she also likes to experiment with new recipes and ingredients.
