Mark Hirschhorn

Mark Hirschhorn studied political science at Rutgers University-New Brunswick and remained within the Rutgers system where he earned his MBA with a focus in finance/accounting from Rutgers Business School. Mark Hirschhorn worked as a senior manager with the New York City offices of the global accounting and tax consultancy, Deloitte. He subsequently entered the world of technology as vice president and chief financial officer of the RSL Communications subsidiary Deltathree.com.

Throughout his extensive career as a CFO and chief operating officer with numerous large technology companies, Mark Hirschhorn has directed initial public offerings for three early-stage companies and managed more than 45 international acquisitions. In 2004, he joined RCS/Media Monitors as CFO and executive vice president. He was integral to the company's success in expanding its digital media presence to over 350 locations in the United States. He was also responsible for implementing a comprehensive global budgeting and cash forecasting program for the company.

For the past year, he has overseen financial operations for the international pharmacovigilance SaaS technology company ArisGlobal, which was sold to Nordic Capital in July 2019.
