Health Care Executive with Legal Background

Upon earning his BA in philosophy and economics from The George Washington University (GW), Martin Price completed his MA in economics at Duke University and JD at the GW Law School. He began his career as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and has since served ias a partner at Hogan Lovells LLP, and in executive capacities at Millennium Health, LLC, and Alteon Health LLC. Martin Price draws upon his legal and health care experience to serve as the president of The Annalex Group and executive chairman of HealthTrackRx. He has led The Annalex Group since 2019 and joined HealthTrackRx in March 2020.

A private equity-backed health care enterprise specializing in antibiotic stewardship and infectious disease testing, HealthTrackRx has grown substantially in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Price was brought in to oversee board governance and day-to-day operations during this period. At its height in 2020, the company processed nearly 1 million PCR tests per month and exceeded annual EBITDA targets by roughly $60 million.

With The Annalex Group, Mr. Price leads corporate turnarounds and restructuring for health care businesses and has worked with multiple national clinical diagnostic laboratories, an IT health care solutions company and a national physician staffing company.. Concerning his legal experience, he has represented a diverse range of businesses in complex commercial litigation. Moreover, he served three years as an adjunct professor at GW Law.
