Residing in Orange, California, Mary Arens McBride has spent more than six years with Erskine Law. In her role as a managing partner at the firm's California office, she functions in an outside counsel capacity on behalf of General Motors and many of its dealers, particularly in regards to matters of lemon law, warranty and consumer fraud. Prior to joining Erskine Law, Mary Arens McBride worked for nearly 15 years with Baker Hostetler, LLP, in Columbus, Ohio, and Costa Mesa, CA, as an automotive industry attorney serving the needs of Ford Motor Company and Jaguar Land Rover, as well as other manufacturers.
She studied government as an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame, graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in 1993. During her time at Notre Dame, Mary Arens McBride was a recipient of the school’s summer service project scholarship and actively participated in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program, as well as the Center for Social Concerns.
Ms. McBride continued her education at the Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University, earning her Juris Doctor in 1996. She has been admitted to practice in both Ohio and California, as well as numerous United States Federal District Courts.
