Matthew Feshbach

Healthcare Entrepreneur and Investor

Matthew Feshbach's investment career started after taking a correspondence course in securities analysis from the New York Institute of Finance. He began investing with $3,000 of his own funds. Intuitively, Matt knew that to succeed as an investor with limited background and training, he would have to work differently from those he would be competing with for investment ideas. Thus, was born the idea of going short instead of long and not relying on typical Wall Street research. In 1982, word got out of his success in short-selling. He soon was asked by some friends to manage accounts for them. His early results inspired a career in money management. In 1982, together with his brothers, Matthew Feshbach founded Feshbach Brothers, growing its assets under management from $20,000 to over $1 billion in nine years.

In 2011, Mr. Feshbach discovered a new passion. He transitioned from working as a full-time investment professional to establishing a cell therapy center of excellence, Okyanos Cell Therapy, in the Bahamas. During his tenure with Okyanos, more than 300 patients received treatment for chronic conditions, and 85 percent of patients reported improvements in symptoms and quality of life.

Continually inspired to help patients with chronic degenerative diseases, he founded Ambrose Cell Therapy in 2018. Ambrose utilizes the stem cells and other regenerative cells in a person's fat or adipose tissue to improve symptoms, function, and quality of life. When these cells are clinical grade, they are called adipose-derived stem and regenerative cells (ADRCs).

When he is not working, Matt Feshbach enjoys long-distance swimming, walking, and yoga He resides in Clearwater, Florida, with his wife, Kathy. He has three adult children who all work for a charitable organization.
