Mazin Samona

Wild Bill's Tobacco Founder and CEO

An alumnus of John J. Pershing High School in Detroit, Michigan, Mazin Samona is an experienced entrepreneur and business owner who founded Smokers Outlet (now known as Wild Bill's Tobacco) in 1994. Serving as CEO of the company, Mazin Samona has overseen its growth from a single tobacconist shop to a multi-state enterprise with more than 100 locations spread throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.

The original Smokers Outlet store was one of the first tobacconist shops in Michigan when it opened in 1994. Recognizing a trend toward the use of electronic cigarettes, Mazin Samona also opened one of the state's first e-cig retail stores. The store, known as Mr. Vapor, has more than 100 different e-liquid flavors. Customers are also able to sample disposable e-cigs, mod systems, and rechargeable kits.

Mr. Samona has maintained a commitment to community service through his business, and this has been particularly evident during the COVID-19 pandemic. In May 2020, the company donated more than 2,000 surgical gloves and masks to multiple Michigan health systems. It also partnered with Enjoy Detroit to donate 100 boxes of groceries and essential items to individuals in need.
