Mckenzie Foster attended high school at the private college-prep Horace Mann School in the Bronx, New York, where she served as captain of both the varsity basketball and varsity track team. Her other athletic achievements include competing as a gymnast at the Junior Olympics and training to compete as a gymnast in the Olympics. Mckenzie Foster applied a similar dedication to her work in the arts, dancing as a classical ballerina and earning honors for her work in ceramics.
