• Adhered to the control procedures of the managed service sites for Helios Towers Ghana (HTG) Managed Service Sites and issued emergency call outs to Field Engineers within a minute of HTG NOC report. • Recorded the trouble tickets issued for faults using the File maker software accurately. • Monitored and observed all necessary alarms which appear on the INALA alarm monitoring system on all sites and escalated call-outs engineers to the respective teams. • Worked with Engineers to provide maintenance services to mobile Base Transceiver Station.
