Hi, my name is Chiao-Hsin Chen, a creative planner and executive with solid project management skills possesses 5-year experience as an art manager. I orchestrated 7+ dance productions to the market (including overseas touring in Asia), organized sponsorship plans/activities to the business/government, and built up effective working systems of the company. I am good at communication and integration of the team needs, leading the company to win a slew of contracts and opportunities. As a dance company manager previously for more than two years, I supervised the process of productions, planned and executed marketing/outreach campaigns, and created efficient workflow for the company.
