I am a senior UX designer with more than 6 years of experience in digital services design and have led more than 5 project members in collaborating on projects. Having worked for many large companies, I am familiar with cross-departmental coordination and integration of resources from multiple parties.
 I am good at adapting to different internal organizational cultures with different clients. Through appropriate design activities, such as, stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, workshops, etc., I help clients define vague business goals into executable product backlogs, and through agile or waterfall project management methodologies, I help clients execute projects collaboratively as a team. In addition, I am able to identify user needs and turn them into business opportunities through user research and workshops.
