Job Description:
• Actively recruit top talent in all aspects of the business
• Work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, EAs, and interviewers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and coordinate interviews, meetings, and onboarding at a high volume.
• Update candidate records in recruiting systems and confirm new hires
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Preliminary education and training of grassroots personnel.
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
• Stay active with current social networks and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements

• 隨著新職位的開放,利用合格的主動和被動人才數據庫發展和培養高度接觸的關係
• 開發各項招募管道與執行,平台保持活躍,以尋找人才,併計劃、創建和發布職位描述和公告
