Responsible for maintenance of a 267 unit apartment complex originally built in 1968. Strict budgetary considerations and a hiring freeze generated the need for creative problem solving to maintain operational momentum with minimal impact on Tenants. Procurement of goods/services to sustain the standards of habitability for Residents in addition to organizing, scheduling, and development of vendor relationships. Supervision, direction, and educational enrichment of other maintenance staff, grounds personnel, and temporary labor on a day-to-day basis.
