- Plan & monitor marketing budget.
- Prepare marketing collaterals, festival collaterals and merchandise.
- Formulate marketing strategies, planning & implementing of marketing activities.
- Keep track of the trends in automotive after sales industry & develop innovations & creativity ideas.
- Plan & conduct market research by gathering comprehensive information.
- Plan, organize & coordinate various activities to ensure smooth flow of company events. (Annual dinner, company trip, incentive trip, in-house training & roadshow)
- Manage & evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a campaign & also promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Maintain & monitor for social media platform & CRM.
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, agencies & etc. (Castrol, BHP, Genting, Continental, Michelin, etc)
- Perform quality management system to ensuring audits are carried out to ISO9001.
