我是WitsPer 智選家共同創辦人朱俐，我喜歡電商也熱愛在電子商務平台購物，我是個淘寶直播購物服飾達人，經常購買的我，作為用戶我也非常洞悉用戶的心裡。我來自中國大陸江西省省會南昌市，是我從小長大的地方。學歷是中國大陸江西省南昌大學的新聞專業，工作經驗主要是香港商廣告業編輯、大陸知名家電集團的會員品牌營銷與社群運營5年經驗，曾帶領導騰訊集團QQ Family與Midea美的集團的大型IP企業形象建置方案，也是Midea集團的遠航計劃重點培育人才與集團指定講師，因為想要追求更高速成長與全球化更高的視野，並帶來跨文化的思維轉變才決定跟著Henry一同台灣創業。我目前會觀察台灣電商的玩法與活動企劃，希望帶入更多電商界會員的元素、大陸電商玩法到台灣的電商環境創造更多元與好玩的電商節慶，幫助WitsPer智選家持續在會員營銷、品牌營銷面、活動企劃面、商業模式策略面、人才管理與培養組織面持續增長。透過WitsPer讓更多台灣的電商、內容、3C優秀人才，可以加入智選家這個學習型組織(球隊)一同成長，在電商、內容營銷、OMO的道路上裂變，也協助WitsPer走向世界，讓世界看到台灣，實現自我潛力的極限，也讓世界看到大陸華人+台灣年輕人激蕩之後潛能無限的實力。
