After my successful mission at Snapp Express, another branch of the Snapp group known as Snapp Shop invited me to fulfill a similar mission for them. I accepted the invitation and now I am responsible to consult to the engineering team of the company in order to replatfrom they legacy q-commerce product to a modern full functional e-commerce platform.

Snapp Company is Iran's biggest platform for q-commerce and on-demand services. My mission at Snapp Express was to form a technical team and carry out a major transition operation from the Snappfood platform without even a single day of downtime and without any documentation for the legacy platform. The Legacy platform was moved to Kubernetes and an API gateway was added during the first steps of the transition. The final platform included more than 500 Kubernetes pods on more than 50 workers as well as a large MySQL cluster. We completed the mission successfully and tripled the daily order count about three months after the transition. Unlike most platform transitions, we did it as a child platform not as a parent platform.

Sarresid was a new real-state field product for divar.ir company which was is was a complete tools for real-state agents including property management, customer management and etc. Actually it was a CRM for real-state agents.
