Adam Locascio has a JD from West Virginia University College of Law in Morgantown and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University Baltimore, Maryland. Between 2013 and 2018, Adam Locascio served as a captain with the United States Marine Corps base in Twentynine Palms. He also served as the officer in charge of the Legal Services Support Team, Headquarters Battalion. Some of his responsibilities as a captain included serving as an action officer for special research projects at the Pentagon and drafting advisory administrative-legal opinions to the Board for Correction of Naval Records. For over two years, Adam Locascio litigated courts-martial as a defense counsel. As a legal assistance attorney, he provided legal services to Service Members. As a decision writer with the Social Security Administration, from 2018 and 2020, he drafted disability claim decisions for administrative law judges (ALJ) per court decisions and ALJs’ instructions. Earlier, he taught creative writing classes in Los Angeles from 2008 to 2010.
