My name is Mingying. Tsai, born and raised in Kaohsiung. I am an organized person who enjoys observing people and things around me. I tend to make decisions after receiving and digesting information from all aspects. 2002/9 - 2006/6: Dept. of Information Management, Chang Jung Christian University During my study at CJCU, I was often elected as the leader when it came to group reports and presentations. During the 15 years of my career, I enjoyed new challenges. I transfer my job from Production Testing Engineer to Project Manager. I've learnt the knowledge and skills of Project Management such as RFI/RFQ, NPI project scheduling, cross department communication, information sharing, and product launch. As well as the knowledge learnt from the factory, like IQC, SMT/DIP/FATP, and OQC/ORT. By understanding all actions, equipment and function of each process, I try my best to learn as much as I can and to become impeccable when leading a project. I fly abroad from time to time due to the need of my job. I have been to China, the U.S.A., Europe and Africa for business trips. Therefore, I have also developed the enthusiasm toward travelling, as well as the courage to take adventure in unfamiliar environment. Although I do not possess any English certificate, nor have I been studying abroad, I have kept learning. I went to English classes when I have spare time. And I trust that my English ability enables me to have good communication at work. Owing to my self-expectation, I always do my best of everything and consider every possibility to carry out my tasks in shortest time possible. Therefore I usually maintain great relationships with my clients and supervisors. Besides PLC related tools and software, I also have ample experience for other network communication related products like VOIP, STB, HPNA, and even certain knowledge about IPPBX. I love exploring my potentials. This was why I transferred from Testing Engineer to Project Manager. I've learnt the basic skills a PM should have which are schedule planning, negotiation, and communication. I also enjoy learning more, such as IPC A 610 SMT/DIP, the knowledge for production line. I enjoy learning new things, not just for my career, but also things that can help me to know the world more broadly. I believe keep an open mind will make a better life.
