My name is Akash Singh and I am Master Student in Electrical Engineering Department (EE) of National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. My area of Research includes “Digital IC design, Testing and Artificial Intelligence”. I completed my Undergraduate from SMVD University, India in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) in 2016. I started my engineering academics from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, India by getting admission in ECE Department after shortlisted in All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) among 17 lacs candidates to get admission in government engineering college across the India, There I studied hard and completed several projects in Robotics, Embedded Systems and wireless sensor networks and published my work as 8 research papers in top journals like IEEE, Elsevier, IJARSE by the International and National conferences. During my Undergraduate studies I also participated in several project contest like E-Yantra held by IIT-Bombay, “International Student Project Contest Organized” by MANIT and IEEE, “Intelligent Fast Racing Vehicle Competition” Organized by IISc Bangalore and Microsoft. I also Worked in MNNIT Allahabad as a “Summer Intern” and carried out my research to design and implementation of “DC to DC PID based controller”. After all, during my undergraduate academics I did well and got my degree in June 2016 by scoring 7.53 CGPA on scale of 10. In last year of my undergraduate I cofounded a startup named “Cleub Automation” based on “Home automation consumer products” and startup got recognition and funding along with office space by “Startup India initiative form Government of India GoI’. I was main technical lead of my group and carried out initial research and development work along with management to design product and extend our business in Indian market but due to some issue I left the group in December of 2016. In January 2017 I joined Indian Institute of Technology Mandi (IIT Mandi) as research associate and worked there for 2 months by engaging in core research work related to Data Science of “Early Warning System for Landslides in Himalaya Region” and “Smart Seat Belt” Project . Then after I joined Tata Consultancy Services (TATA Group) as ABAP Developer in March 2017 and worked there for 1 year on designing the CRM based product using SAP platform. After working in TATA group I got admission in NTHU Taiwan as a Master student in March 2018 and moved to Taiwan. Here I was working in IC-Dex Lab and gain the knowledge of VLSI design and IC testing. I worked in my lab on Scan Chain Diagnosis of IC using Machine Learning Project along with my lab mate, which was funded by Mentor Graphics. While working on this project I learned how to use Artificial Intelligent to test a IC. I also worked in Mentor Hsinchu as Summer Intern in DFT division and there I worked on “Tessent tool” to diagnose the Scan Chain of IC by Considering different types of faults in it. In the May of 2019 I joined Multi Object Control Lab in NTHU to work on advance Artificial Intelligence techniques in control field,In this lab, I am working on Robot Control using Reinforcement Learning and Deep learning using python and C++ Programming. I am in 4rd semester of my Master program and during these semesters I took courses which is related to my area of Research. I also completed Basic Mandarin Speaking and writing course in my second semester to get the basic writing and speaking knowledge of Chinese language.
