- Responsible for developing sourcing strategies, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, delivering employment offers, and administering/collecting all necessary onboarding paperwork including but not limited to : drug testing, background checks, E-verify, and insurance/401k set up
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Recruit and place over 50 roles in positions from entry level sales to executives/senior management
- Responsible for accounts receivables and collections for multiple sites, as well as reviewing credit applications and determining credit worthiness for new customers
- Site HR representative for Orlando and Miami locations, and report directly to the VP of Operations and Regional General Manager
- Daily maintenance of HRIS systems : entering new employees, issuing time cards, updating employee information, benefits enrollment, onboarding/off-boarding etc.
