Main responsibilities & achievement:
* Sustainably maintain the business development within the accounts assigned; build up a strong business relation with all agencies, partners, cliens, etc; plan to arrange familiarization trips, etc;
* 100% ensure high profession in daily works including providing travel consultancy to Vietnam, Laos & Cambodia, offering travel itinerary, making quotations, following up the payments & debts, etc;
* Offer innitiatives or plans to improve workload, team operations;
* Closely work with all teams including sales team, operation team, product team, etc to maintain high proficiency in daily work;
* Generate sales more than 1 mil. USD in 5 consecutive years.
