A member of the top management team of employee-owned synthesizer maker Moog Music in Asheville, North Carolina, Andrew Stryffeler is closely involved in the company’s worldwide sales efforts. As the vice president of sales, Andrew Stryffeler has guided Moog's gloabls sales channel, including opening up and growing its direct-to-consumer business. He oversees all areas of sales effectiveness and sales enablement; develops new team members, plans product launches, and oversees customer service. Hired as an account manager in 2013, he was promoted to national sales manager and later director of sales Americas.

Oversee all sales strategy and sales policy at Moog Music Inc. I lead a team of over 13 sales staff across 3 global regions. As head of Global sales I manage a 30+ million dollar book of business as well as the teams responsible for sales development and growth. I help form our commercial leadership team and am responsible for the performance of our commercial strategy and plan. As a member of the executive leadership team I am responsible for contributing to the enterprise growth and strategic planning. I author the roadmap for our sales operations initiatives and oversee the global sales budget. I author the sales plans around our new product introductions and ensure all global partners are meeting their requirements around the launch of a product.
