In this role, my duties involved several calls per day with major technology companies, including IBM, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, etc., ensuring all turn-around times were met. Building a rapport with these customers on a weekly and sometimes daily basis allowed me to guarantee that all customer requirements and satisfaction were met to the highest standard.
Utilizing great inter-departmental relationships across warehouse, engineering, and repair further ensured I was able to meet the customer's and company's goals.
