我的名字是詹千瑩，畢業於輔仁大學英國語文學系。在大學四年，系上豐富的課程不僅使我具備出色的英文能力，也讓我多方面探索我的興趣及才能。在文學研究課程中培養我縝密的思考、反思的能力，而在商業英文的課程中提供了各式英文文件書寫的技巧、翻譯等等的內容。勇於表達看法、團隊間的溝通、良好的簡報製作及呈現，在這四年也是不間斷的訓練。我亦選修了電子商務的課程，使我的英文能力可以結合商業知識，發揮更大的功用。課外活動的部分，我參加了系上的學會，擔任美宣的職位，但在各種不同的活動中，我也扮演了各式各樣的角色，無論是隊輔或是活動企劃，這些經驗都充實我的生活。為了提前體驗跟鍛鍊我自己的能力，我選擇了最直接的方法，打工。選擇行政相關的工作是因為我認為這個性質的工作能讓我更加細心，並且向已經出社會已久的前輩學習，況且，行政部門是每個公司最基礎最不可或缺的元素。在畢業前夕，我有幸進到經濟部投資審議委員會工作，工作內容包含外國籍實習生來台實習審查、外國高級專業人才歸化推薦書審查窗口、聘僱外籍人士時勞動部須會商經濟部意見、英文書信的回覆、外國人士來本會時的接待，也包含法規的翻譯等工作。對於工作，我有滿滿的熱誠及衝勁，我學習東西的速度很快，腦袋也有很多想法及點子，這也是為甚麼我選擇投遞這個職缺的原因，我認為綜合我的經驗、知識、能力、個性等等，這個工作內容很適合我，我也期許我自己能盡一己之力在這個職位上 My name is Anita, and I just graduated from FuJen University at English Language and Literature department. During my college year, I developed all the necessary English ability in literature and business. Through the courses in our department, I acquired the skills of critical and creative thinking, cooperation, communication and presentation skills and the courage to speak up my opinions. In addition, I participated in E-commerce program, so that I can combine my English skills with business knowledge and try to make good use of them. Speaking of extracurricular activities, I joined English department Student association. I am responsible for many positions in different activities, such as a camp counselor, art design, event planner and so on. Part-time job played an important role in my college life as well. Most of my jobs were administrative Assistant, and I really learned a lot from it. I was trained to be a more careful, responsible and patient person. Also, my communication skills improved during the process. When I was graduated, I was accepted in MOEAIC, Ministry of Economic Affairs, Investment commission. I was responsible for screening different applications, including foreign students internship in organization or enterprises, recommendation letter for high-level professional naturalization, English email writing and solving the foreigners’ problems. I learn things fast, I am passionate, responsible and easygoing. There are some creative ideas in my head and I really want to put them into reality. I am convinced that my experiences, personalities, and skills will be a perfect candidate for t his position. I am ready for challenges.
