LiSEC America is the US branch of LiSEC, a global supplier of equipment to the window industry. As the senior of two Sales Navigators I am a linchpin in LiSEC Amercia's operations, managing communications between our US-based sales department and our overseas headquarters, as well as the US accounting and service departments. I ensure the continuous flow of our opportunity pipeline and follow up after the sale with ongoing communication to customers and internal stakeholders. The nature of the role has given me a great breadth of experience in all aspects of sales operations.
Duties include:
- Salesforce configuration and administration (including custom objects, workflows, rules)
- Weekly meetings with sales reps and resulting reports to management on their activities, needs, and opportunity progress
- Submitting quote and purchase agreement requests via two CRM systems (after ensuring their accuracy/completeness); follow-up to ensure timely delivery of sales documents to our customers
- Reviewing pricing and specifications after quotes are generated
- Ensuring customs compliance for equipment delivery
- Frequent communication with customers
