Responsibilities:
Customer collaboration, including:
- support in marketing strategy development and its implementation with different departments and external agencies
- track brand performances (sell-in & sell-out, pricing, stock, etc.) and consumer behavior
- planning of the assortment matrix, including the launch of new products
- create of a promotional plan and coordination of all types of advertising activities (incl POSM)
- evaluation of the effectiveness of promo activities with the relevant metrics (ROI, promo effectiveness, etc.)
- marketing budget monitoring
- support other department (commercial department; marketing; design studio, promo-army).
Key achievements:
IGM growth in my categories amounted to 1.1 pp during the period of my work. Successful launch of new products (a new series of toothbrushes), thanks to the implemented promotion strategy, sales in 5 weeks increased from 45 pcs. to 673 pcs. per week.
