Voted Brooklyn’s 2022 Chiropractor by TopDocs, Dr. Archer Irby has owned Archer Lewis Chiropractic, PC, DBA CityDC, since 2017. In this position, he conducts patient exams and develops evidence-based treatment plans to help people find relief from injury, illness, and chronic pain. In addition to performing chiropractic adjustments like the Sacral Occipital Technique and the Thompson Drop, Dr. Archer Irby advises CityDC patients regarding lifestyle choices and exercise programs.
Previously, Dr. Irby has held positions with Compass Chiropractic, PC, and Jouen Chiropractic Care. He earned a doctor of chiropractic from Life University, where his 4,000 hours of classroom and clinical work covered anatomy, physiology, pathology, public health, nutrition, and radiological physics. He also gained experience in orthopedics. With a certification in electrodiagnostic studies to evaluate peripheral neurological disorders, Dr. Irby is more than equipped to help you with spinal disorders caused by pinched and irritated nerves.
During his time at Life University, Dr. Archer Irby completed a student clinical internship that involved physical examinations of patients presenting with musculoskeletal complaints, cervical injuries, allergy problems, and migraine headaches. He holds a bachelor of science in biology and chemistry from Catawba College in Salisbury, North Carolina.
