Product Owner of Channel Partner Portal (Web Service)
Lead a 0 to 1 software system (front-end site & back-end site) for business users
- Establish product requirement documents (product vision, roadmap, and product backlog) and manage release plans for 6+ major releases and 45+ minor releases
- Collaborate with a multi-functional team with concepts of agile software development methodology
- Work directly with stakeholders and transfer their feedback into specifications. Conduct system migration plan to 6 subsidiaries
- Ensure system user experience by conducting 15+ user testings for stakeholders and deliver wireframe and user flow charts for every key feature
Product Owner of Consumer User Portal & Support Service system (Web Service)
Design new user flows for end-users
- Manage product requirement documents (roadmap, product backlog, wireframe, and flowchart) and manage release plans
- Design new support form UI flow which includes an AI tool resulting in reducing 10% of support tickets
- Design new account registration flow resulting in saving 50% of the time
