Project Name - GEM ( Government E Market Place Implementation and Support)

The e-commerce platform had to be modified as per client requirements. I was overseeing three modules directly. 

Roles and Responsibilities - 

1. Market Place Implementation - Handled daily operations related to issues for the market Place module along with deploying new changes related to market place which included changes in Business Rules and adding new features to the current systems.

2. Catalog Management - Helping in adding new catalogs for products as well as services to be registered and made visible in market place along with handling daily operations.

3. Mode of Buying - Designed and implemented new mode of buying in the e-commerce platform to help buyers reduce the time taken for the procurement process along with making it cost effective.

4. Buyer and Seller Registration - Helped in implementing norms to streamline as well as make the buyer seller registration more robust to oust sellers or buyers who were misusing the system.

Description - To implement a picking semi automation process using a hybrid cart instead of a mechanical cart used for picking.

Roles and Responsibilities - Client-side Implementation In-Charge Integration and process related testing, training pickers about new process. Once deployed in production ensuring the decided efficiency is reached and getting a sign off.

Description - To streamline the picking solution already implemented and achieving the decided goals and parameters.

Roles and Responsibilities - Client-side Implementation In-Charge Resolving the upcoming issues in system, clearly defining the system related issues and process related issues and how both can be handled. Setting goal for future efficiency based on current bottle necks and system limitations.
