My professional areas of interest include UX research and design, web design & development, mobile design & development, and AR/VR design & development.

While studying for my master’s degree at the University of Michigan School of Information, I worked as a UX analyst intern for a year at the university’s Information and Technology Services. Our team utilized the scrum framework for development, providing me with an experience of working in an agile environment. The internship also provided me with the experience of working closely with developers, business analysts, clients, and other designers throughout a development process.

. Worked in UX research and design on multiple projects ranging from short to long-term. 

 . Redesigned a web tool for potential students to search the equivalency of course credits they wanted to transfer to the University. Conducted user tests, lo/hi-fi prototyping, and worked with a team of designers and developers. 

 . Conducted user research and design on a web portal for university members to find and gather online resources. 

 . Provided ad hoc UX consulting for various departments within ITS.
