我叫做張宇智，目前就讀國立台北商業大學應用外語系，大四生，主修英文。在學校裡我除了自己系上的課程以外，我還有修習其他系的課程，像是國際商務系或是財務金融系，在各學科的表現上都還不錯。課外之餘，曾經在法國工商會、精誠資訊、ZARA實習或是兼職打工，學到了一些行政和銷售方面的工作經驗，在法國工商會實習時，還有獲得主管的認可。

helped in the recruiting tasks, conducted job opportunity advertising on the social media such as LinkedIn.
ensured a fast and clear communication between the CCIFT and the applicants by managing the HR service email account.
participated in interviews of potential candidates to validate their qualifications and motivations.
Receptionist:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory being full of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
