Successful projects include iPhone 7/8/XR and MR Glass to Proto 2 stage. 3-times nominated in year-end IDL review by Apple NPI engineering team.

Additional responsibilities include:
-Planned production resources and input schedule internally to fulfill Apple MR Glass NPI project. 

-Hosted external meetings with the Apple Engineering Team to build readiness and daily status

-Led a Team of 6 PMs to manage Apple MR Glass projects of motherboard productions in Pegatron Kunshan

-Planned and executed more than 400k Main Logic 
Board input among iPhone & MR Glass projects 

-Monitored and pushed SMT line and board testing line to fulfill FATP demand

-Handled cross-functional requests of MLB and material from DFM/EE/RF/PD/AE/ME/IQC

-Create NPI BOM and maintain ECR/ECN of MP BOM

Responsible for handling various fabric requests from backpack designing teams such as The North Face and Eastpak, and communicating with the designers and factory bilaterally to set up price strategy and production plan.

-Identified and source the fabrics among 6 design seasons

-Managed over 100 types of color requests from designers from Eastpak/TNF/Jansport 

-Quoted the fabrics per different styles to manufacturers and backpack designers Planned and predict fabric sample inquiries daily

-Monitored & Push fabrics delivery schedule on time.

-Arranged partial shipments to meet the production schedule

-Managed fabric testing with 3rd Party Lab (SGS/ITS)

-Planned new sample collections for Outdoor Retailer Show in U.S
