Gray offers paid and free instructional technology coaching. College instructors can get free services and training to improve their teaching. She helps new professionals with resumes, cover letters, and interviews. Mentoring college professors and training them for long-term success is a passion. She was GADE Board Secretary from 2017 to 2019. The group helps educators make a good impact on their kids through training, newsletters, and conferences.
