Prioritize test requirements and provide mitigation/contingency plans. Provide tool and test strategy training internally and externally. Role & Responsibilities : Lead 4-6 engineers to support project mass production. Responsible for driver schedule management, SPEC review and certification submission. Work with cross function teams to dig out root cause/clarify/resolve defects during development stage. Assist PM/Sales to do assessment for SW schedule, cost control and risk evaluation. Create test cases for NUDD and maintain test plans to ensure project quality. Ability to create setup installation manual and other technical reference documents.
