Supported 4 projects with project size of 50+ members in different functions (including PM, R&D, production line, procurement, logistics, inventory) for 5 server specifications in total 3. Coordinated project materials and manpower, to make sure every R&D function teams could work on server design and validation without being blocked by lack of resources 4. Established project schedule for stakeholders to follow and maintained schedule base on real time project progress 5. Worked with customers to set up project scope and product specification, and communicated with customers for every proposed demands; Worked with engineer teams to arrange and execute validation plan for each production phase, to ensure the product quality to meet the specification; Worked with factory team to set up manufacturing plan, and coordinated material preparation to ensure product could be manufactured smoothly 6. Managed project scope to ensure budget and team members’ effort are used efficiently 7. Arranged logistic tasks to make sure all server samples are shipped to the right place at the right time 8.
