Drawing on decades of construction experience, Chris Childers is the founder of Allstate Renovations. Since Chris Childers established the firm in 2004, he has overseen numerous projects across Sacramento and Kansas City. This work, which has primarily been in multi-family homes, has spanned various services, including replacing materials that have dry rotted and installing new windows. With these jobs, Mr. Childers has served as the primary contact between clients and the firm. In working with these clients, he aims to develop long-term relationships while also looking for new projects. To ensure that he stays up-to-date with industry trends, he routinely takes continuing education courses. Alongside his work with Allstate, he has experience with B and B Construction. With the company for over a decade, he held several positions including general construction worker and foreman. His main responsibilities involved managing a workload for his crews while ensuring that they were well-supplied. Mr. Childers also maintained a working knowledge of relevant laws and building codes.
