My name is Lui Ka Wai. I’ve always wanted to work in the customer service and management field and I think i am a good fit for the job. I graduated from De montfort University with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management and it sparked my interest in this field. In my leisure time, I enjoy photo taking and studying English because my English leave a lot to be desired. I am a communicative person while I have different job experience in customer service for instance, I was a sales of Sports products and a service assistant in Jockey club. Moreover, I am adaptable to any new challenge. I believe I could assimilate to the new job quickly. In the near future, I hope I could have a chance to develop my interest and ability.
