The recipient of a bachelor's degree in business from Central Connecticut State University, Dean Galasso was a member of the school's varsity wrestling team and competed in the state championship for his weight class. He graduated from the New Britain, Connecticut school in 1989 and subsequently began working at Allstate Power Vac in Rahway, New Jersey. Dean Galasso spent nearly 20 years with the company and last served as its president. Since 2010, Dean Galasso has served as president of Manahatta Properties in Miami Beach, Florida. Focusing on property development and management, he has 10 properties in his portfolio. His responsibilities as a property manager include the inspection of all facilities, contracting services, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Galasso is a proud supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project. He also enjoys spending his free time playing golf at courses in and around his hometown of Miami.
