1. Eliminate Support team's 10 hrs/week of manual work with automation and integration by no-code tools.
2. Built dashboards for Revenue team to monitor Clients and Developers status.
3. Built a private API integration between Zapier and SendWithUs.
4. Conduct competitor researches (focus on product side) to get more feature ideas, and discuss the next product roadmap.
5. Resolve 8+ internal product-related issues daily, so that Devs only take part in big urgent issues.
6. Record product feedbacks / ideas to Notion, then discuss the priorities and implementation with PMs.
7. Act as a Product Manager for quick fixes: create GitHub task, discuss with Devs, kick-off, conduct QA, and create release notes.
8. Collaborate with fully remote team across 10+ Countries.
