Task 1. Сreating and implementing a monetization strategy and new commercial advertising options:
☑️- launched branded content as a new content type that has become the most profitable and popular advertising option in the magazine;
☑️- reorganized a pricing policy of the magazine and optimized the range of advertising options;
☑️- reorganized a discount policy;
☑️- reorganized a customer service policy;
☑️- developed a monetization strategy that allowed the magazine to become profitable in the conditions of a falling market until the end of my work in this position.
Task 2. Building an autonomous sales department, CRM implementation:
☑️- formed a team of three employees without any sales and even IT (for one of them) experience; trained employees to the level of autonomous mid-level sales managers;
☑️- first in the company implemented SCRUM and task management culture in general;
☑️- developed a motivation system for sales department;
☑️- implemented a CRM system and developed a process of working with it, with clients and with projects;
☑️- developed and launched an email marketing strategy, ROI 4008.36%;
☑️- set up the processes: after I leave the CCO position the team will continue to autonomously bring profit to the journal without any involvement.
Task 3. Working with important customers, service offering, managing customer relations:
☑️- provided important customers with constant involvement in the project and high-quality support by myself;
☑️- improved relations with the most significant players of the Russian-speaking industry;
☑️- created loyal contacts with influencers and industry experts using networking.
