After receiving his PhD in 1978, he transitioned his career from psychotherapy to practice as a professional coach, focusing on helping managers, executives, and leadership teams maximize their productivity and performance in the professional and organizational roles. Dr. Marc Miller has a long track record of identifying and resolving organizational and corporate-level issues as well as personality-based conflicts that may be hampering business processes and profitability because of workplace culture issues. He has provided professional coaching services as the chief executive officer of Marc Miller Coaching in Plainview, New York, since 2006. Dr. Marc Miller utilizes multiple communication and listening skills in his role as professional coach. That said, his skills are not limited to the world of corporate coaching. He has also provided services to families and couples. He is a certified divorce coach and a member of the New York State Council of Divorce Mediators. He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
